How do I modify/cancel an order?Updated 7 days ago

We’re unable to cancel orders once they've been submitted, as orders are transmitted to our warehouse immediately. 

OUI the People will not be held responsible for packages lost in transit, undeliverable, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout before submitting your order. 

If you'd like to edit your order, please email us ASAP at [email protected]. We can't guarantee that we'll be able to edit your order as it may have already shipped, but we'll work with you to submit your return once it arrives.
