We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date on all products except discovery sets and e-gift cards.

Please email [email protected] with your order number to request a return authorization or with any questions or concerns. 

Please note, we do not credit or refund shipping charges, and we are not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged en route, so we suggest using a return shipping method that can be tracked. 

Goods must be received within 14 business days upon return approval and must be returned in original packaging and packed adequately to protect against damage.

Because Fragrance is personal, we strongly recommend trying our Discovery Set before purchasing a full-size fragrance.

Discovery sets are not eligible for returns or refunds.
