We hope you love your purchase as much as we do, but if you're not happy we're here to help. We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date on all products except e-gift cards. Please email [email protected] with your order number for a return authorization or for any questions and concerns. 

Please note, we do not credit or refund shipping charges and we are not responsible for returned packages lost or damaged en route, so we suggest using a shipping method that can be tracked. 

Goods must be received within 7 business days upon return approval and must be returned in original packaging and packed adequately to protect against damage.
