Because Fragrance is personal, we strongly recommend trying our Discovery Set before purchasing a full-size fragrance.

Discovery sets are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unopened, unused items only. To initiate a return, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item(s) confirming they are unopened. Once reviewed and approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label. All returns must be sent using the provided label.

Items must be packed adequately to protect against damage in transit. We reserve the right to deny a refund if an item is received damaged due to improper packaging.

A few things to keep in mind: 

Opened or used products are final sale. Once any item has been opened or used, we're unable to accept a return or issue a refund.

The following are always final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

• Discovery Sets
• Travel-size products
• Blade Refills

Return fees apply. A restocking fee is deducted from your refund based on the item returned:

• Full-size Eau de Parfums - $10
• Sets/Bundles - $15
• Body Wash, Body Gloss - $5

We don't offer exchanges. If you'd like a different product, simply return your eligible item and place a new order.
